INTRODUCING: The Workshop Action Plan
I created this worksheet for myself so I could visually and on paper review my notes from my two educational experiences and create an actionable plan.
But I feel like this worksheet is valuable for anyone and anything! You don't need to be a creative entrepreneur to benefit from this exercise. All you need is a clear idea of your end goal, and you'll benefit!
Of course, reaching ANY goal takes time and effort, but if it is something you're truly fired up about, you can achieve it!
The worksheet has space for a Brain Dump, where you can just jot down keywords and notes relating to the speaker you heard or the topic that matters to you.
You then have space to write down your ultimate goal: what you hope to achieve through the exercise. Keep this broad, but specific. Remember, goals should be SMART:
I chose to include space for 3 priority items, but depending on the scope of your goal you could have 1 or 17 priority items! It is always most beneficial to break down your goals into small chunks (slow and steady wins the race)!! You can always come back to this exercise as you check off priority items!
Most of the time, goals are left untouched because we get intimidated and paralyzed figuring out where the HECK to start! That's why there's space to write out the first step. You may not have an entire road map laid out with EXACT steps on how to reach your goal, but you can figure out the most simple first step.
Whether that first step is writing an e-mail or doing more research or doing a test run, that first step will catapult you into progress towards your goal!
I hope this resource serves you well! If you have any questions or tips on goal setting, let me know in the comments below (or shoot me an e-mail), I'd love to help!!
